Your breath isn’t just the command center for your nervous system. It’s been your best friend since the day you popped out of your mom, the day you took your first breath, which was an inhale. And it will be with you until the day you take your last breath, which will be an exhale.
It’s the only vital bodily function you have control over, but you don’t have to control it either.
THIS IS WHY it bridges the gap between what happens in our control and what happens out of our control. THIS IS WHY breath is the bridge to a place where you have a better relationship with yourself.
Learning this language improves your physical performance. It strengthens your mental game, it polishes your emotional intelligence, and it speeds up your recovery.
Each sport has its own rhythm, and breath can play into each sport very differently. I deliver training programs for sports teams to help with team goals. Each program is tailored to that specific sport.
I also coach individual athletes where I design a series of lessons for them that helps improve their breathing patterns and achieve their goals for the sport(s) they play.

When you learn these simple lessons, you’ll no longer need me. It’s something you’ll take with you for the rest of your life, and perhaps you’ll be able to share it with others.
