But life, as it often does, led Khrystyna down a different path, one that beckoned her into the world of holistic healing.

After a personal health challenge opened her eyes to the transformative power of yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork, she was forever changed. Now, as a certified yoga teacher, somatic breath coach, and holistic health guide, she leads Ayurvedically with a radiant blend of playfulness and wisdom, inviting others into a space of healing and growth.

Brian, ever the grounded force and land steward, he brings strength and clarity to their work, anchoring their vision with love and presence. Rooted in an education in sustainability and men’s coaching, Brian follows his passion for helping other men in their purposeful journeys.

Together, they create a balance between power and surrender, helping others navigate the beautiful dance of mind, body, and spirit.

Sasha, a master soup chef at heart, she nourishes bodies and souls alike with her culinary creations and her grounding force of nature.
