At this retreat, we will guide you in learning how to self-regulate your nervous system, giving you tools you can carry with you long after the event. Through guided breathwork, mindfulness practices, and gentle education, you’ll begin to understand how your body responds to stress and how you can shift from survival mode into balance and calm. These practices will empower you to take control of your state of being—quieting anxiety, releasing tension, and cultivating resilience—so that you can return to your daily life with greater clarity, peace, and emotional stability.

Seasonal Flavors - Fresh from the Fire
During our midday break, you’ll be treated to a seasonal wood-fired sourdough pizza lunch, crafted with love and locally sourced ingredients. Each pizza is baked in the open flame, giving it a perfectly crisp crust and rich, smoky flavor that pairs beautifully with the fresh harvest toppings of the season. It’s more than just a meal—it’s a nourishing, grounding experience that connects you to the flavors of fall and the simple joy of sharing food together.
