Beginning April 5, 2025, we gather every Sunday at 8:00 AM for a gentle, presence-centered practice that weaves together yoga, meditation, and conscious breath.

Our Sunday sessions alternate each week between two focuses:

  • Meditation-Focused Sundays
    These mornings lean into stillness, guided meditation, and subtle movement. Expect gentle postures, longer holds, and spacious pauses to listen inward, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your inner landscape.

  • Movement-Focused Sundays
    These practices offer a soft, flowing sequence to wake up the body, loosen tension, and build strength with ease. The pace is unhurried and accessible, emphasizing alignment, awareness, and breath-led movement.

Across both styles, the heart of our practice is the same:
conscious breathing, gentle flow, presence, and awareness.

You don’t need to be “good at yoga” to join us.
Come as you are—tired, energized, curious, hopeful—and we’ll meet you there.
