August Sunrise Yoga & Breath Series

Join us for our Sunrise Yoga and Breathwork Teachings (through the Language of Breath) at 6:00 AM each Tuesday in August. Four sessions in the series. Form a better relationship between your conscious self and that mysterious unconscious self. Marriage of body and breath with gentle movement as the sun rises over nature’s peaceful embrace.
