BREATH + SOUND

A Co-Creation Breathwork Ceremony

With Gatlin Fenwick & Leah Ina Marie Rachuj $59.00

Sunday, November 8, 2026 | 5:30–7:15 PM
Tinman Hall | 146 Railroad St., Reedsburg, WI

An immersive journey through breath, live music, nervous system awareness, and consciousness.

Join breathwork facilitator Gatlin Fenwick and talented musician Leah Ina Marie Rachuj for a unique evening where breath and live music come together to create an experience of self-discovery, connection, and deep inner awareness.

Throughout this ceremony, Gatlin will guide you through a powerful breathwork journey while Leah intuitively weaves together the sounds of singing bowls, violin, guitar, and her beautiful voice, creating a live musical experience that moves with the breath.

We begin softly.

Through gentle breathing, music, and stillness, we'll settle into the present moment, allowing the body to relax and the mind to quiet.

As the journey unfolds, we'll explore interoception—our ability to sense and observe what's happening inside our bodies. Through three rounds of deeper, more activating breathwork, we'll become curious observers of our nervous systems as we move through sensations of activation and relaxation, exploring the relationship between our sympathetic (fight-or-flight) and parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) responses.

Intentional, intensified breathing can temporarily change carbon dioxide levels and blood pH, producing shifts in physical sensations, emotions, and perception. For some, this can lead to profound experiences or temporary altered states of consciousness, creating opportunities for personal insight and a deeper connection with their inner world.

The invitation is not to force an experience, but to become aware of one.

To notice. To feel. To let go.

Following the final round of breathwork, Leah will carry us into an extended period of musical rest and integration, allowing the breath to return to its natural rhythm as we settle into stillness.

We invite you to arrive with an intention—something you'd like to explore, release, understand, or simply become more aware of.

No previous breathwork experience is necessary. Just bring an open mind, a willingness to explore, and curiosity about what lies within.
