Expect a warm, calm atmosphere with guided rituals, slow intentional movement, quiet reflection, and an Ayurvedic fall meal crafted to nourish, comfort, and support the body as it transitions into the cooler months. This day invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the deeper layers of yourself as autumn begins its inward pull.

10:00–10:30 AM β€” Arrival & Opening Grounding Circle

Guests arrive to warm chai aromatics, gentle music, and soft lighting.

Includes:

  • Settle-in time with blankets, mats, and breath

10:30–11:30 AM β€” Autumn Ayurveda: Seasonal Wisdom for Grounding

A guided session exploring Ayurvedic wisdom for the fall season (Vata season).

Topics:

  • Why autumn increases anxiety, overwhelm, and scattered energy

  • Foods, movement, and habits that help ground and nourish

  • How to create warmth, oiliness, stability, and routine

  • Personalized guidance for fall lifestyle rituals

Participants complete a gentle self-assessment to understand their autumn needs.

11:30 AM–12:00 PM β€” Nature Walk & Embodiment Practice

A slow, mindful walk along the Hay Creek property to reconnect with the β€œquieting” energy of fall.

A short pause with warm chai herbal tea, served in mugs to support Vata balancing.

12:15–12:45 PM β€” Breathwork for Grounding & Nervous System Nourishment

A calming breathwork journey designed to soothe overstimulation and bring the nervous system into deep regulation.

Practices include:

  • The Awareness Exercise

  • Slow cadence breathing

  • Grounding breath patterns

  • Somatic stillness and settling

This session prepares the body for the grounding meal.
