Expect a blend of grounding breathwork, seasonal wisdom, embodied movement, intention-setting, reflective journaling, and a gentle ritual that symbolizes the rising ember within you. You’ll be guided through both calming and energizing breathwork cycles, supported by a warm, welcoming environment that helps you release emotional tension, reset your nervous system, and step into the new year with clarity and calm. No prior breathwork experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to slow down.

Arrival, Tea & Grounding Welcome**

Participants are welcomed into a warm, peaceful space with spiced winter herbal tea. Soft lighting, calming music, and gentle grounding practices invite everyone to settle in. We gather for a brief orientation, introduction to the theme of “inner fire,” and a short intention-setting moment to open the evening.

**3:20 – 4:00 PM

Winter Wisdom: Seasonal Reset Talk**

This teaching segment explores how winter influences energy, emotions, digestion, and the nervous system—from both an Ayurvedic and modern wellness perspective. Participants learn how winter’s qualities impact mood, how to work with the season instead of against it, and practices to cultivate warmth, clarity, and inner resilience. Includes a reflective journaling prompt.

Breathwork Session I: Release & Melt**

A guided breathwork journey designed to gently melt stress and emotional tension stored in the body. This first cycle focuses on calming the nervous system, softening internal resistance, and releasing heaviness from the past year. Participants are supported through slow, warming breath rhythms that create space and ease.

Breathwork Session II: Ignite & Renew**

The second breathwork journey brings deeper activation—recharging depleted energy, reconnecting with purpose, and igniting the inner flame that drives creativity, focus, and heart-centered living. This session uses warmer, more energizing breathing patterns to awaken vitality and renew the spirit in a safe, supportive container.

**7:00 – 7:30 PM

Integration & Reflection**

After returning from breathwork, participants move into a gentle integration period. With guided journaling prompts, grounding techniques, and quiet reflection, the insights from the evening begin to settle in. This time helps transform experience into clarity, anchoring what was learned and felt.
