Spring Renewal
Retreat
Ayurvedic Kitchari Cleanse
Retreat Overview
-
Join us for the Spring Renewal Retreat on June 6th, 2026 at Hay Creek Retreat in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, a peaceful woodland sanctuary designed for grounding, healing, and seasonal transformation.
-
Throughout this one-day retreat, you’ll move gently through a blend of Ayurvedic wisdom, nature connection, breathwork, movement, and seasonal nourishment designed to help your body lighten and reset for spring. Expect a warm, grounding atmosphere with guided teachings, a mindful walk, calming breath practices, a short spring-themed yoga flow, and a beautifully crafted cleansing lunch centered around Ayurvedic flavors. The day is intentionally slow, supportive, and soul-centered—giving you space to release winter heaviness, reconnect with yourself, and step into the rising energy of the season with clarity and renewal.
-
Our Spring Renewal lunch features a light, cleansing, and beautifully crafted meal designed to support Kapha season and awaken the body’s natural energy. Guests enjoy a warm, wood-fired turmeric–garlic sourdough flatbread topped with a smooth golden kitchari paste and bright spring vegetables—like asparagus ribbons, shaved carrots, tender greens, and fresh herbs—drizzled with lemon-ginger oil for vibrancy. Served alongside a warming spring salad of sautéed seasonal greens with ginger, lemon, and toasted seeds, and paired with Ayurvedic CCF digestive tea, this meal nourishes gently while supporting clarity, digestion, and renewal from the inside out.
-
This retreat is perfect for anyone feeling weighed down from the winter season, seeking a gentle reset, or wanting to reconnect with their body’s natural rhythm. It’s ideal for those curious about Ayurveda, interested in seasonal cleansing, craving mindful movement and breathwork, or simply looking for a peaceful day of nourishment and renewal. No experience is necessary—just an open heart and a desire to feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
